實際經驗，Oracle Database 相關軟體共存性很差。

安裝前，請把 Oracle Database 其他相關軟體先移除，例如

Oracle Data Access Components (ODAC)
ODAC and Oracle Developer Tools (ODT) for Visual Studio
Oracle Database Client 
Oracle Database
...

因為後安裝的可能會覆蓋掉其他軟體設定的 Registry，讓設定檔案失效，導致先安裝軟體的某些功能會失效；
而其中一套移除，可能會導致其他軟體因為缺了東西而移除失敗。
