( 圖文解說，有三十幾頁，算頗詳細，但 Local Server 安裝步驟非常麻煩，建議 HCL 可以改進安裝過程。

其中 P.13 結尾，

Unzip the package to a directory you want to install the Local License Server (LLS). In this example, we will extract it under C:\

HCL_CLLS-x64-windows-2018.02-offline.zip 說解壓到 C:\ 是錯誤的，結果 C:\ 一堆子目錄，應該是解壓到 C:\HCL_CLLS-x64-windows-2018.02-offline 目錄。

最後還是 Local Server 雖架起，但因為試用授權數量被同事用盡，所以也沒得測試了。
