[研究] Outlook 2010 設定 Outlook 無所不在 ( Outlook Anywhere) (Windows 7)

本篇不談 Exchange Server 端架設和設定，只談用戶端 Outlook 設定。
環境：Outlook 2010 + Windows 7 或 Outlook 2010 + Windows Server 2016 都測試過。

首先要確定 Exchange Server 那邊有開放 Outlook Anywhere，Outlook 2010用戶端才能去設定。

另外，Outlook 2016 不提供由使用者端設定 Outlook Anywhere，要從 Exchange Server 那端去處理。

Outlook Anywhere 無法在 Outlook 啟動時後做設定，否則會發生下面情況。

Outlook Anywhere 好處是敝人數台電腦都可以看到所有信件，每一台都可以進行收發，可以看到共通的通訊錄、行事曆，不會有憑證問題，不會有被判成 SPAM垃圾信問題。(對敝人的環境是這樣)

但是 Outlook Anywhere 使用上也有困擾，信件其實是在 Server 上，一旦信箱爆滿，別人將無法再寄信給你；雖然可以手動把信件拖下來放到本機收件匣，但是 A電腦上一旦拖走，B電腦，C電腦就看不到也沒得拖走；若複製到本機收件匣，最後會搞不清哪台電腦那些信件複製過，可以刪除。

敝人最後在每一台電腦除了設定 Outlook Anywhere，還設定 POP/SMTP 收信，並且把信件收下 ，留14天的在伺服器。這樣 Outlook Anywhere 上的信件不用考慮要複製留下或刪除的問題。請看下面這篇：

發現 Mail Server 如果連不上 (不管是網路問題、主機問題、、、)，此時如果才啟動 Outlook，Outlook，需要以離線模式使用。
