根據這篇，就算你有 Flash Player Setup 程式，也無法安裝了。要找內建 ( 預先安裝、預裝) Flash Player 的 Windows 作業系統來用。

敝人用 Windows 10 Version 1507 (最早的 RTM 正式版)，不做 Windows Update 來測試，確認了有內建 Flash Player 來測試。

結果：只有尚未升級的 Edge 20 支援 Flash 動畫播放 ( Flash 影片也不支援)；雖然 Windows 內建 Flash Player，但瀏覽器再來一道關卡，不讓你撥放 Flash Player。
