Windows Installer 清理實用程序（MSICU.exe、MSICUU.exe、MSICUU2.exe）是 Microsoft Windows 操作系統的軟件實用程序，旨在解決使用 Windows Installer 技術的程序的卸載問題。它查找由各種程序安裝的與 Windows Installer 相關的註冊表引用和文件，並強行清除無效條目。它適用於所有 32 位和 64 位版本的 Microsoft Windows。

Microsoft 於 1999 年首次發布該實用程序，以幫助基於 Windows 的計算機清理已安裝的程序，這些程序會拒絕或假裝不將自己從 Microsoft Windows 的“添加/刪除程序”功能中刪除。

該實用程序僅更改與 Windows Installer 關聯的註冊表值和文件，而不會刪除與已安裝程序關聯的任何文件。只有以系統管理員身份登錄的用戶才能運行該實用程序。

對於 Windows 安裝程序在開發人員計算機上自動修復他們自己的安裝（當開發人員手動更新某些二進製文件時）遇到問題的開發人員，此實用程序是刪除 Windows 安裝程序信息同時保持實際安裝完整無缺的理想選擇。

由於與 Microsoft Office 2007 發生衝突，Microsoft 於 2010 年 6 月 25 日停用了 Windows Installer CleanUp 實用程序。改為提供適用於 Windows 7、Windows 8、Windows 8.1 和 Windows 10 的程序安裝和卸載疑難解答。

這個工具微軟已經不提供了，但用 MSICUU2.exe 或 "Windows Installer CleanUp Utility" 搜尋，但是網路上仍可找到。有找到過 7.1 和 1.0 版，實際上測試都是 4.71.1015.0 版。

最近用來解決 SQL Server 2019 移除後重新安裝，卻安裝失敗的問題，所以仍是可以使用的。

微軟淘汰本工具後，似乎是提供下面工具。
