直接執行cleanmgr.exe 程式。

C:\windows\installer 資料夾
Windows Installer 快取是用來儲存使用 Windows 安裝程式所安裝之應用程式的重要檔案。 根據預設，此快取位於 c:\windows\installer 資料夾，不應刪除。
但根據此圖，應該可以刪除；只是若 hotfix 若有問題需要移除，可能無法進行。
